1525 SOCIETY EVENTS 2024

It is with much excitement that we announce this year’s events for the 1525 Society. Non-1525 Society members are also very welcome to attend. Tickets will sell quickly so please don’t delay in booking if you would like to join us.

On Friday 7th June we are holding a lunch at the Imperial War Museum in London. There will also be a chance to look around the museum as part of the event. The venue can only hold 60 guests so it will be an intimate lunch with the Headmaster, who will update you about the School.

On the evening of Thursday 27th June, we have a ‘once in a lifetime’ event. In conjunction with the Sedbergh Music Festival we have arranged for the world-renowned BBC Singers to perform in the Sedbergh School Chapel. Prior to this, guests will be able to dine in the Hirst Centre before proceeding to their reserved seats in the Chapel. After the performance guests will also be able to meet the BBC Singers and their conductor, Sofi Jeannin, in person over drinks. It is unlikely this will ever be repeated, certainly not in the near future, so we highly recommend that you come along.
